Why don’t we list the price for personal training?
Answer: We do not have a flat rate for personal training. Some members meets with a trainer 1 time per month and other up to 12 times per month. During you initial session we do our best to assess your current fitness level so we can find the best program to help you reach your goals by your desired time frame.
